A customer came to my store wanting help opening this product so after we couldnt figure it out I looked this up and we laughed at how he says "it's so easy even my 4 year old can open it." I may not be the smartest person alive but I'm pretty sure a 4 year old cannot in fact open this product. It's way more difficult than it needs to be. Please design your products to be more consumer friendly with ease of access to battery exchange. That being said this video did help with my customer's problem. Thank you.

Crappy fucking design, why not just use a couple of screws to hold it together, instead of his clip-on, pry-it-apart, break-it-forever-on-the-fourth-battery-change design. Also the prongs that hold in the battery can get weak and need a little gentle pushing to get back into place and make proper contact with the battery and retain it properly in place.

Literally does not show how to open the case. Cuts camera away without actually doing it.
