@@celin3571 Honestly you need to stop with these "know it all comments". So what if Jennie deviated from her "initial dream"? That does not make your career linear. You say you study psychology so you must know that preferences, ideals, beliefs, and dreams/aspirations changes so does priorities. Let Jennie do her thing where she shines. Lisa makes dance videos and dance films, Jisoo doing her acting career, and Rose for her branding or maybe future singing career. They won't be forever group singers and now they are trying to branch out with different things that they also want and may profit for the future. It's their life.

I feel like Jennie's knowledge in fashion far exceeds that of what we think she knowns. Heck, I think she is the most skilled in the group when it comes to the complicities in fashion. I mean, she is a Fashion Editor.

i think for sure she might the the most knowledgeable in fashion out of the group since shes the one whos expressed her fondness to the subject the most. good to remember tho, that she was a fashion editor for only one photoshoot/project, while she deserves credit for that, people working behind the scenes should be given the credit in other cases :)

@@Angel-vv9xo yes, i would love to see more of her in regards to fashion. be it talking about it or being more involved in shoots or other projects. truth is we dont even know how much she knows about fashion since her interviews regarding chanel or in general have been very generic and not really shown knowledge about fashion as an industry. she has potential since she clearly has the interest but she hasnt shown much yet :)

Cmon the credits goes to her chanel brand n her stylist. Their stylist brings to them n style up.. N she is chanel ambassador so she get their newly launched to be wear. U guys talkin asif she designs chanel outfits... 😂 😂 😂 If she had experimented with different brands matching or she her buyed n styled up, I would have agree.... But its the brand stylist who does that. If clothes goes wrong on artist all blame stylist, but if they look good, u guys praise they are fashionable bla bla, they all dolled up by their stylist.

@@shrutit.a1034 FYI Jennie gives credit to the people behind the work, she even mention the Chanel stylist for styling her outfit at the concert. As for the Fashion Editor, it has been written in Vogue magazine that she participated in photo shoots as a planner, deciding on her own concept and deciding on hair and makeup drafts, including styling, the people behind the work are also written there. She doesn't take everything.

I'm not a fan of chanel, and even a lesser fan of the way they do things (ie raising prices in a pandemic + dropping their quality at the same time), but I have to admit, Jennie's styling of this brand really intrigues me. I find myself getting surprised when I look up her pieces to find out they are chanel. I would love for you to analyse G-dragon's fashion too! I see him everywhere in this video and I would love for you to break down his experimentation with fashion! Might take a while because he has been in the industry for many years, but I would love to watch it! :) Thanks for this great video!

@@winter_aespa_karina2158 the problem isnt just because of the drop in quality, but the fact that together with this, they raised the prices. Imagine paying 5 thousand for a bag only for the chain to get detatched, uneven seams, folds in the leather on a new bag. And I am not just saying a personal experience either. There are multiple youtube unboxing videos showing this on different chanel bags, and that indicates that it is a universal drop in quality. Not just "minusing crap packaging". If you pay f21 prices, you expect f21 quality. If you pay chanel prices, why should you close an eye when it isn't worth the amount you pay for? It is way more than just packaging :)

ah yes just watched a video of a person comparing vintage chanel and current chanel and the difference is very noticeable. also many have started to turn away from chanel bc of that and the price increases. i would love to own chanel but when i would be able to afford a classic flap it would probably be over 10k for the small lmao.

@@mann7298 I'd recommend going 2nd hand since the quality is better :) Esp if you are looking for the classic pieces. But yeah, I was the same last time but I don't want a chanel anymore. There are so many other brands out there with better quality and better prices.

@@nikkishy3024 oh yes definitely if i ever would have the chance i would go for 2nd hand and preferably vintage. the problem is that the second hand market increases their prices just like the brand. someone said that retail might be cheaper in some cases, haha. but were still very far from that being a realistic purchase anyway :)

Wow, this was so good! Thank you for such an elucidating video. I have always personally thought that the JENNIE x CHANEL partnership was spot on, but you were able to explain why in detail. She really carries the brand so well, she embodies the CHANEL aesthetic like few can. In my opinion, this is the best synergy between a fashion house and a kpop idol not only compared to the rest of Blackpink, but to any other idol out there. CHANEL knew what they were doing when they handpicked JENNIE years ago, it makes so much sense. And I love how she effortlessly uses CHANEL for performances and everyday looks without making it tacky. She’s able to push the brand into more modern takes that appeal to a younger audience without disrespecting what the brand stands for. It’s remarkable. Also, SHE’S ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, OMG!!!

i think the blackpink girls slowly but surely are paving their status as fashion icons, we'll see where they are in a couple years but so far we have human chanel, dior made a collection inspired in jisoo lisa being a céline muse and rosé and anthony from ysl having a really good friendship. excited to see the rest of their careers 🖤💓

Kinda don't like Chanel. Seems that Chanel only gives few opportunities to their asians global ambassador. I want Jennie to be treated by a brand as great as her impact to the brand. Whatever brand she wears gets sold out quickly. She's probably the most effective endorser in this generation. She deserves so much better. The only problem is she actually love the brand, I hope she'll find another brand that she'll love greater than Chanel.

Hello, well first thank you for subscribing to my channel despite not liking how I speak haha. There isn't a "they" just one person behind it all. I understand I don’t have a voice that everyone will be fond of and how I speak doesn’t suit narration for some. That’s completely fine as everyone has their own preference. My voice isn’t forced or like a character, I do for my videos. I naturally speak how I do in my videos and have always spoken that way. It’s something that is pretty much impossible for me to change, I’ve tried early on with speech therapy when I was young and would need surgery on my nose to “fix” how I sound. I’m not disregarding constructive criticism, there is just only so much that I can do and at this point want to do because it took most of my life to even become confident in how I speak. I know it's not attractive or nice for a woman to have a deep pitch or fry in their voice, but honestly, I've made peace with that and come to find that it suits me

Main issue I was having wasn't the deep voice, it was the vocal fry: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eKuJp9dsfcaul5s.html This is controversial even now, but it's said that too much of it can result in vocal cord nodules, which is why I was going on about projecting and resonance, for most it would help in making the diaphragm do all the work. -But also yes I hated vocal fry even before seeing the med hypothesis...or California.- Most but not all I guess. I was about to try suggesting voice coaching, but damn. Surgery? That sucks. I retract my statements; they were made from an _ass_ umption.
