@@tempaccount7842 india has joined . Well in terms of expense , india can simply use that accord on the basis of its needs as it is not rigid . Also Indian astronauts as in future get familiarity with lunar environments for isro own lunar landing missions .

Keeping in mind that there will be no air in space fuels and oxidisers are flown together for combustion to happen In case of solid rocket boosters aluminum powder serves as the fuel and a mineral salt, ammonium perchlorate
