Chandra Namaskar (Moon salutation)
ChandraNamaskar is a good warmup sequence before your yoga practice and a cool down for your evening yoga sessions.
Procedure:
#Suryanamaskar is best to practice in the morning while the sun rises
#Chandranamaskar is best to practice in the evening while Moon is visible.
In #chandranamaskar the poses are done slowly.
14 steps = Half cycle
28 steps = One cycle
Benefits :
• #Moonsalutation cool down our body
• The pelvic region become more flexible
• used to calm the mind

Chandranamaskar is as important as Surya namaskara is because Chandra (moon) namaskar gives calmness and surya(sun) namaskar gives fire element to body .😊🙏

Chandranmaskaram is for relaxing and Suryanaskaram for energizing
Moon posture look line Virbhadra asan, Knee should touch ground and ankel streching then it looks crescent moon. Remaining al are good.

I may be wrong, but I think that you should associate each pose with inhaling, exhaling, inhaling ... This will regulate the duration of each pose. Inhale, exhale is very important in yoga and life in general. As long as you breathe, you live. You breathe better, you live better.

This sequence has many uses like weight lose, relieves ur stress,calm downs ur body etc.... evening is the best time to practice chandranamaskar check the video description for more details
