So today, we're going to talk about tips for removing oil from canned tuna to eat healthy tuna.
Depending on the level of difficulty, we will divide it into two ways and find out.
When opening the lid of the tuna can, don't open it all at once, but open only 2/3 of it.
The lid is sharp and you can cut your hand, so gently open it.
Remove the oil by slowly pressing the lid of the tuna can with your thumb.
If you tilt the can of tuna and press it, the oil comes out better.
Press up and down alternately to drain the oil from the tuna.
If you soak the tuna in hot water for 20 to 30 seconds, the oil floats and the oil falls out.
You can use it right away in this state, or you can rinse it in cold water again and use it.

참치 기름 빼도 맛 괜찮나요? 제 딸이 다이어트 중인데 참치를 너무 좋아해서 기름 빼고 주려고 하면 싫다고 하더라구요~ㅠㅠ

SONG님 안녕하세요~ 네 맞습니다~ 식물성 기름을 쓰는데 카놀라유를 많이 쓴다고 하더라고요..포도씨유를 쓰기도 하고요~
참치캔 기름 카놀라유라서 gmo유전자조작기름임 안먹는게조음
