Keep up the grind Matt. Obviously the main goal of an inspiring footballer is to become a professional player. As professional player yourself, what would you say inspiring footballers need to know about the professional lifestyle that they don’t know already?

I love these drills that work out the mental side of the game, because it makes everything else muscle memory. I found that when I work on these drills a lot, I feel like everything in a game slows down, and I feel WAY less pressure in situations in a game. My brain just processes everything so much quicker and it’s like I’m on autopilot. It’s helped me a lot playing here in Brazil because everything is so fast here

Hey Matt, after the last two years of your recovery experiences and new routines where would you rank compression legs (normatecs) today in your sports equipment ranking review form two years ago? Do you use them regularly? Thanks.
