Chalk Farm trains aren't normally that busy... What's the cause? Peak times?

That's a really good question. I guess it's because it's not a massively densely populated residential area and it is not as popular for social stuff as others nearby. It''s served by so many other popular stations nearby such as Camden, Belsize Park, Hampstead Heath and possibly Swiss Cottage. However I'm not particularly sure of this answer and would love to know if anybody else knows better?
