I'm recovering from surgery for a broken wrist and was so frustrated that my ability to exercise had been impacted. Finding your videos was such a welcome gift. I've been doing this morning routine, and it's such a good way to start my day and yet keep me safe from another fall. Thank you!
Oh my arms 😂. You were on my newsfeed today. I'm a 65 lady caring for my hubby with Parkinsons disease who has just been diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. I hv battled a torn Achilles tendon and tendonitis therefore unable to workout. I'm trying to get back in shape to help me care for my hubby. I did 2 workouts today, Thanks for the guidance and encouragement as we complete them. Blessings and Smiles

Rough working through physical therapy. I did this, stretches, and 12 exercises for elderly. It is worth it to me. Your set can meet me where I am.These three exercises were enough for the day. Thanks.

I love these. Perfect guidance for before a run dynamic stretching. It also got me over some early morning teenage "this is an emergency thing I NEED(want) to do" conversation. I think a walk run will do me good today.
My body loves this exercise routine. I am very grateful for the results.

Hi "D"- Your voice sounds the same in volume;):)- sharing to Ashford Fitness Society (fb)- I like you & your workouts;)- There are many who appreciate chair workouts. ty for making them 'cool' :)-tipping the opposite hip helps with stretching the adductor :)

Well I am here my knees are feeling stronger when I do the squat my back still hurts when I get up from the Squat
I did the minute with no problem but getting up wow it hurt
I’m here still have pain getting up from the squat

My legs are tight in the back of the knees doing this every day should loose them up
