Very practical
I had a double embolism due to be stuck on my backside with a really bad fractured ankle and surgery. Now when I fly I make sure I do something like these when I'm sitting there. So terribly important. I make sure I have little carry-on luggage so there is room under the seat in front of me so I can do all these. A small price for good blood flow.
