▼Ingredients
Butter 60g
Icing sugar 30g
Egg yolk 1
Whipping Cream 10g
Cake flour 80g
Almond Flour 10g
▼Instructions
1. Add butter at room temperature with powdered sugar and beat until light white
2. Add the egg yolk and light cream in portions, and beat until mixed
3. Sift in the flour and almond powder in 2 times, stir until there are no powder, add to the piping bag
4. After piping "の", bake at 150°C for 25 minutes

In place of egg what can be added
can i use normal powdered sugar which we get just by simply grinding sugar without adding anything to it instead of icing sugar

Recipe doesn't turn out good. Flour scale way too high compare to egg/ cream and butter. Sigh disappointed
