If anyone wants to know what the story is There was a war that wiped out everyone, this lonely robot rebuilt part of the town where he used to sell ice cream. He made fake robot children to sell ice cream too to recreate his fond memories

That one hint about the war, had me dreading the end. So very sad, but so beautifully done.

No he lives 10000 years look at the beginning everyone is dead and he build the children himself so they grab a ice. And yes he rebuild the girl he missed

I think both bibo and wall e are robots who just wanted to be loved

It was so sad. I had a feeling something was not quite right early on, because there were no people. Poor Bibo. Beautiful film.

This is the second animated short to remind me of a short story by Ray Bradbury called, "There Will Come Soft Rains", and just like that story, this is beautiful, moving and so bittersweet.

And at USSR was short animated film called "будет ласковый дождь" based on it.

Animators always find a way to make a perfect short film sad, it is almost annoying but in a very good way.

A 10000 YEAR WARANTY!?!?!? I wish my TV got that sort of warranty! :D

It seems this is where we are headed. Where I live there used to be trees. Bend was a small community. Look around you. Now it’s all pavement and asphalt, the trees have been cut down for multi use condensed housing units and apartments without yards. Traffic everywhere. Homelessness has increased. So yes, this is how they may see things. Many of them certainly aren’t going to have the chances the boomers did.

This short brought me to feels I was uncomfortable with . 😕 A sense of loneliness , sad . BEAUTIFULLY DONE 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Dammit people!!! Didn't we learn anything From Terminator 2!!! This is why robots should have the ability to self-terminate. My only question was why did he build 3 kids? Shouldn't there have been 2 more pictures??? Did the 1st kid get lonely? Does his cart have to make 3 ice cream cones at a time? Did they eat the ice cream or just hand it back?

Don't give up on the things you love.
