I've planned short movies with these characters, but never found time to do it. Probably never will. Modeled, textured and rigged from scratch. The project is for C4D, shaders are done with Octane. The little guy was painted, hence have 8K textures, the big guy is mostly shaded procedurally.
The rig is not at the stage where I would ideally want it to be but it is fully feature animation ready. A lot of controls are placed in the hud right in the viewport for your convenience. Have fun and tag me if you do anything nice with it.

@@AndreyLebrov oh we would still watch it. It's important to understand the process or have a reference for how it should be done. For instance I want to create my own little robot, I'd love to see you create it, someone will make time stamps on each different section im sure.

Hey Andrey, I've posted this on the Web video but I will repost it incase you haven't seen it, I've been struggling to get good results with your snow texture past 800cm without it looking flat and distorted, any advice would be nice, thank you

The geometry you’re putting it on has to be NOT flat, that’s how randomisation is achieved. Alternatively could be versioning problems. The shader was created a while ago and new octane now supports noises differently

Where would I look to get started with learning to paint textures with that quality, like at 0:51? I can model but I suck at making textures lol
