@@slow_bike_show the tft went out which left me stranded. Bike always ran so hot it would burn your legs unless at highway speeds. Could’ve been bad air flow design or something else. Most of the time the fans were always running trying to keep the bike from severely overheating. Back to the tft, if it goes out the bike will not start in neutral like normal. Only reason I didn’t have to call for someone to get the bike was just trying to start in gear with clutch pulled in. Made it home after that. Had the bike 11 months and was highly disappointed in the quality. Controls are cheaply made and even noticed a bit of rust starting under my seat and near gas tank. Bike stayed covered and under a roof as well. No reason other than cheaply made for the issues I experienced. Went to a Honda after and I’m highly satisfied. You can tell the quality in performance and in the build itself.

There's a dealership in Lafayette that sells them, I've sat on the 300ss, if I can I'll test what they have. For the price though it's hard to beat for sure. The Ninja hasn't been upgraded since it came out.

I haven’t ridden this but judging by specs it’s better then a Ninja. I have ridden a ninja 400 and it was an absolute blast, I rode one up in the Adirondack mountains in upstate NY, twisty mountain roads. I live in the Green Mountains of VT, a fun handling bike is important to me up here. I have a Benelli Leoncino Trail 500 right now.

@@indyjones5265 ninja 500 is out now, harder choice. but i personally think looks wise 450ss is way cooler, and the ninja 500 still has an anemic sounding 180 crank while 450ss has a great sounding 270
hello brother, how’s the bike holding this day? and how many miles have you put in her
what changes did you do to the decals? there are some text missing. Or does those only exist to the SR version

Yea it was a great bike, fuel economy was amazing and the insurance was a heck of a lot cheaper than the ss. I sold mine to a guy at work and he hasn’t had any issues with it.
What was the price OTD? Dealers near me want like 7 grand out the door but they are listed for 4999 or 5499. Thanks
I have to be honest. I am A GSXR owner but I would gladly get one of these for my Son.
What is the difference between this and the taro gp they look alike, are the cf Moto Chinese bikes?
Hello, I have the same motorcycle but it does not have the Tbox device to use the GPS, do you know where I can get it? Do you know a dealer that sells that motorcycle and you can ask him? I like the bike but I feel that it is incomplete without the Tbox

Yes these get a good wrap here in Australia as well , as they should CFMOTO make good bikes . World class , hell they race them in Isle of Man in the 650cc class under the UK name 'WK Bikes ' . and there are rumors of a 450cc class in the USA using these ,, cool bananas ! I have had my 650NK gen 2 now for 6 years clocked over 70,000 km and its not missed a beat mechanically , yes I service it regular and a few small things have broken , all fixed under warranty by CFMOTO here in OZ without any issues . Great review and check my small channel for a few video's of mine , people need to see how good and well made these bikes really are Thanks .
I'm planning to buy one, 2024 model same color. I just wanna know if when you refuel the bike does the fuel cap come off fully or is it like a hinged one?

@davidcooper7212

I know kawasaki sport bikes can go 100k if maintained had 600 ninja 0ver 70k not one part failure and rode it hard. As this is same price as 400 ninja not sure why i would risk it. Ninja known tough plenty of aftermarket. I could see if it was wzy cheaper but at same price i will stick with known bikes and parts availability. See see no upside to chinese bike at same price
Are there any aftermarket exhaust for these yet?

I am hoping to retire out there. I do not want to stay in Florida. Been here all my life. My wife's job keeps us here. But if one opens in her field, I am going to move. I want those desolate roads for my toys.
You need a slip on exhaust and a tidy license plate and you are all set to go.
Whether it is 450SR or 450NK, their rear seats are the same hard, and there is almost no way to ride comfortably. I even suspect that CFMOTO manufacturers do not want their rear seats to be able to carry people.
