CFB Coaching Changes - Don't Fret, It's Expected and Happens Everywhere Jim Harbaugh's departure to the NFL and the assistant coaches from Michigan who went with him is just part of the game. It's not unique to Michigan, it happens at every University where a change is made. And the new staff assembled by Sherrone Moore is a great mix that will lead into the future.

Jim - I agree with you 100%! Michigan has had some great coaches over the history of the program and every one of them has been replaced at some point. Jim is still a Wolverine and I wish him and the coaches that went to SD all the best! Sherrone is going to do a great job and I'm excited as a fan about the future! Yup, Mr Brandstatter. I could not agree more. Of course, it is disappointing to lose the great coaches but they need to do, what they need to do. Looking forward to Coach Moore's staff. It is going to be an interesting year with a brutally tough schedule. I'll be cheering with you this year and GO BLUE!

Thank you Jim. Calm the fan base down. I'm very optimistic. I only see positive things ahead. I can't wait to see D.Edwards lead this team from the backfield.

I love the prospect of Edwards as the feature back...a McCaffrey type back, runner/receiver
Looking at what Sherrone has put together, even with the one hiccup, I think Michigan will be just fine.
I just was hoping Jim Harbaugh loved Michigan enough to stay. The Chargers are a mediocre NFL franchise, at best.
BS, Iconic M is suppose to be an END JOB! Harbs is ist coach in Ms 144 yrs who LEFT at top of his career! Norm Parker? Bud Foster? Stayed at D coord fr life! Assist have low success rate as nepotism hire after icon leaves! Signed Moe and Ted Tollner!!
