The Cersei/Trump parallel is really fitting, especially since GRRM has mostly been writing Winds during and after Trump’s term.

The Jogos Nhai are believed to be origins of the Moon Singers. The moon singers have one of their largest temples in braavos. Where arys stark, sister of Sansa stark is currnently hanging out dreaming wolf dreams of nymeria while in the house of death learning how to be other people while her sister pretends to be fake people in the Eerie near the moon door.

The Jogos nhai bind the heads of their children from a young age so they have pointed skulls. The Lonmouth sigil is skulls and lips. And lastly from house Lipps (which also has lips on their sigil) Ossifer Lipps is in the vale with Sansa. (Ossifer Azor ahai?)

It's funny to me that Animal Farm got incorrectly referenced here, because while you were building up, i kept thinking about the animal motifs in this world. Most notably, warging is a thing. Beyond that, many characters and entire houses are repped by animals. What I wonder about is...how do these associations figuratively and sometimes literally dehumanize the characters? If the Children and/or the Others have beef with humans, could warging be an insidious means of undermining humanity?

The Jogos Nahi (sp?) are from Essos, near Lorath. Lorath is where Jaqain H’Gar claims to be from. Jaqain recruits Arya, who is Sansa Stark’s sister.

I don’t get it. Wouldn’t the arsonists find out about his death the same time as everyone else in kings landing? If they got their orders in advance, then him dying wouldn’t affect anything.

I think the idea is that communication with the Wall is usually extremely delayed. Even if news of his death is delayed, Stannis is not believably taking over King’s Landing while struggling, and failing, to take Winterfell during the Winter.
