I wish you had a playlist that was "start here..." and it was just every video in the order that makes the most sense to watch them in... Yes, that would be years of med school in one playlist that would take like a year straight to listen to... But wow, it'd be epic.

Thanks alot Dr. Zack and all nerd ninja team. I started watching your videos since I was in second year med school and now I'm a graduate and still watch your videos. Really you deserve my entire tuition fees and hopefully after I start working I'll immediately support you on patrion
I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy with Spastic Diplegia when I was born. I’m now dealing with the complications of scoliosis and hip pain as well as muscle weakness and overcompensating. I didn’t really understand how all of my symptoms were connected until I happened upon your video. I was also not aware that there are medications that are available. Now that I’ve seen this video, I feel so much more informed and better prepared for my upcoming doctors appointment ! I understand my body in a way I never had before and that means so much! I truly thank you 😊

Me too I'm learning about my dysarthria it's more on the flow of words and realizing I have a neurogenic bladder. My vision problems are the only thing that has had treatments not that they worked. My hip and back pain is the main reason for walking difficulty. I was recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy.
Zack you make medicine easier for us. Thank you so much for these informative videos. God bless you ❤️
Hi NinjaNerd I need to tel you that you are the best. I am medical student from Belgrade University and due the pandemic I was forced to study anatomy, histology and biochemistry with you. You are the best guy on planet my colegues got almost best grades learning form your classes. THANK YOU FROM BOTTOM OF MY HEART for all this lectures. You need to know that your energy got us right there where we are. Words that you use are awesome and you need keep efforting for all med students all over the world. Greetings from Serbia we love you!!!!!!!!! Sorry for bad English, this is my second language!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for this video. I have Quadriplegia CP and I’m always curious to find out more information on it. Probably one of the best videos I found so far.
I know someone with CP were quite close and it’s great to get a better understanding of what he goes through and his condition
I teach Project Lead the Way to 7th graders. One of the projects we do, is we design therapeutic toys for children with CP to help with OT, PT, or ST. This video is perfect for me to refresh myself with prior to teaching this unit. I know 7th graders don't need this much info, but I as the teacher appreciate the depth of this video and how comprehensive it is. Great work on this, and thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to talk about CP. As a person who has Cerebral Palsy, I am impressed with this video. I hope to use this video’s information in my education career.

Hi Zack, that was "as always" a great instructive video. It helps me as a special education teacher to understand the background better. I just want to mention, that the femur tends to dyslocate laterally, as the adductor pulls it up and outwards. I have seen lots of your videos, keep up your great work!
This was so great! Very well don.
Hi! this video is so well done, I love it. I just wanted to ask if spastic cp affects the whole motoric homunculus or just the area that controls the arm and leg movement?
The legendary biology teacher
❤ Thanks ever such a lot this video is much helpfull for my studies... and your teaching pattern, using diagrham is soooo helpfull for keep memorize derails. Thanks again.
Great Videos and a nice overall view, as I am writing my doctoral thesis in this field. Maybe a little addition: kernikterus is often seen in prematures neos because the liver is not able to metabolise the amount of bilirubin that is accumallting by the natural lysis of erys (change of heamoglobin structures, that needs to occure when the body is exposed to the enviroment - O2 binding properties have to change). Thats why we often see hyperbilirubinamy at ICUs,. in premature neos.
Incredible how you remember it all
Thank you so much for your very informative and useful video
Your videos are always soo informative, and makes learning really uncomplicated 🥺 thank you soo much.... I am currently doing my junior clerkship in Zambia and I was kindly asking if you could do videos based on obs & gyn as well as paediatrics from time to time?🙏

Hey, you didn't say anything about DBS targeting GPI in the basal ganglia for dystonia or tumors.
Very good
Excellent 💯💯💯❤️
Thanks doctor 💜
Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
I really drew the short straw... I have a damaged cerebellum as well as a lesion affecting both sides of my body. Ataxia as well as spastic quadriplegia. Ironically I have low strength in my entire body as well. Lifting and walking is a struggle. Most likely caused by herpes or elevated bilirubin (I was a bad premature birth). It's taken 36 years to be diagnosed. It's a relatively mild case but lack of treatment and lack of understanding has destroyed my life
as a 58 y/old male with 'complicated' CP since birth (and an I.Q. of 140), Diazepam is the ONLY drug that reduces my spasticity to a level where I can function within society (walk, talk, dress, drive, interact, lecture, etc) whilst being able to think clearly. However, thanks to federal/state govt. gross overreach, accessing the drug is becoming significantly more difficult !!!
