Thanks for your comments. Sorry for obstructing some of the slides. I was not able to see myself during the recordings so might have inadvertently blocked some of the slides

Why we are saying hypodense?? however it is darker than surrounding brain tissue..

Because CT scans are read on shades of blacks and whites. Anything that is darker than the normal grey would be called Hypodense and any lesion which is more brighter than grey would be called hyperdense, like bleeds appear whitish and hence called hyperdense

Left frontal lobe intra axial space-occupying lesion with perifocal vasogenic edema, subsequent mass and midline shift to contralateral side" and then the doctors suggested me that there must need to do the Brain Surgery as soon as possible and also after doing my final CT Scan & MRI with Contrast for Brain, Chest, Abdomen, and Pelvis, and the MRI report says " Left frontal lobe shows a Conglomerate of three enhancing lesions with extensive edema & most likely etiology is tuberculoma"...still I am getting multiple seizures, how it will effect to my life, please guide me, and thank you for your efforts..

A midline shift means there are pressure changes and you need surgery. A tuberculoma means you most probably have an extension of TB in your brain. With surgery and anti-TB drugs, it has very good results. You might have to be on anti-epileptic medications to reduce chances of post surgery seizures and with good medications and good surgery, you can continue your life as normal person, but surgery has to come first. That tuberculoma needs to come out
