    wish we could see more footage of the actual drops. you have a pretty good camera you can definitely get good resolution clips of some float drops. that is the most exciting part in my opinion...

    The Consummate Sportsman sorry about the typo. Yes, I'm looking for a rigging video for centerpinning in deep fast water. I fish a saltwater inlet that averages 10 ft. The tides can be very swift. I used to centerpin in Ohio, but always fished deep pools with slower flows.

  • @ConsummateSportsman

    I personally have never fished deep/fast flows, but I imagine the setup would be similar? Perhaps stack the shot together instead of spreading it out?

    These are lake run rainbows, not real steelhead.

  • @ConsummateSportsman

    @ConsummateSportsman

    8 жыл бұрын

    +Colton Reed They're the same fish as their pacific cousins. Same size range, coloration, and temperament. Migratory rainbows are steelhead. Some run into the pacific, some run into the inland oceans of the great lakes. To call these "lake run rainbows" is just as accurate as calling them steelhead. They're both. Implying the pacific fish are much different than the great lakes fish is disingenuous at best.
