Nick and Brou both acted like they would beat okc in a series like it was a forgone conclusion and Brou said they are championship favorites if they advance out of round one by the grace of god

Nick's pie is interesting when you think about it in East vs West Terms. He believes a Western conference team has a 59% chance to win the Finals, whereas Boston only has a 30% chance, dominating the East's 41% chance of taking the LOB. I'm afraid I have to disagree with some aspects of how the west is split, but the East and its chance to win the finals, as well as Boston's 30% is perfect.

I agree, boston had a east heavy schedule and smoked everyone, so they should have no problem to the finals. And for the west, everyone is so good that whoever makes the finals, if anyone besides boston makes finals they'll get smoked too. Boston has a way better record but the best teams in the west are absolutely stacked. Also i would probably flip denver/dallas on his pie maybe evn add some points in for denver 😅

Denver won both games against Boston. The Western Conference is drastically better than the Eastern Conference. Boston would not have this kind of record or statistics if it were in the Western Conference.

The Nuggets disrespect is atrocious. Nick said Jokic was like the seventh best player in the league and the worst MVP since Dave Cowens. He admitted he was wrong. He picked the Lakers AND Heat to beat the Nuggets last year. He was proven wrong. Does he believe this, or is this for TV? The teams in the first two rounds of their bracket (LAL, PHX, MIN) are all teams they beat handily last season.

Lakers, Okc and the Nuggets having ball park the same odds is one of the worst takes ever.

Cherry picking the 3pt percentage in the clutch for the Jays feels odd, especially when Brown specifically has made a hard effort to go to the rack when he sees the opportunity. The team as a whole is 6th in the league in clutch time, I think that's still pretty darn good.
