Most of my ancestors are from Ireland, County Cork and County Kerry. The earliest generation to be born in America were my grandparents. My great grandfather came as a child to visit America with his parents but my great, great grandfather died at sea so he and my great, great grandmother stayed in America with relatives and never went back to Ireland. I will be visiting Ireland soon, my lifelong dream.

I have walked barefoot in the waters of Ireland and Scotland , also Wales. My Celtic spirit loves all this.

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

Me clinging to the great great great grandad who was scottish and irish.

Arizona native, but of strong Irish & Scottish heritage, at least 2/3 of my family line. Hearing the music and seeing the scenery touches a chord that makes me feel at peace and closer to home. While I've never set foot there, this helps me feel as though I'm there in person.

My mom and her family came here to the U.S. when she was a child. I grew up hearing my Grandparents thick Irish brogue, and listening to the stories of where they came from which was Ennis, County Clare. I absolutely love my Irish background. I am also French Canadian on my dad’s side and embrace that also.

There are times when I need the music of my ancestors, this is one of those times. Thank you for the music, it helps more than you realise.

Truly love this selection of Celtic music! Looking forward in vacationing in Ireland & Scotland. My wife is from the beautiful country of Georgia and looking to retire their as well. But I always love Celtic music in which I find it so peaceful and relaxing plus the beautiful landscapes is spectacular. I do my best in designing and thinking. Thank you so very much for sharing.

My heritage is Celtic. It's in my heart and in my soul. It's in my blood.

I have always loved the Celtic music of Scotland and Ireland. I also have a great love for the landscapes of Scotland in particular the West Coast. This brings back memories of my last trip to Scotland in 2019 with my wife. We travelled up the West Coast staying at Plockton and Ullapool. It was our last holiday together as she passed away from this world in May 2021. This brings back all those memories.... and it brings the tears.

So sorry for you. I too have a sad loss, my son 2021. The family came over from Australia and we took his ashes to Isle of Mull, in September to scatter him to the winds there. Scotland is very beautiful indeed.

Me too. I have Irish ancestry on my fathers side of the family. Australia has never felt like home to me. The heat can be unbearable at times. I wish I lived in Ireland.
