Celebration for the Turkeys: A holiday feast prepared just for the turkeys
It's the moment we look forward to all year...that split second when the barn doors open and our rescued turkey residents get their first glimpse of a celebratory feast prepared just for them. This celebration FOR the turkeys challenges the traditional holiday meal which results in the slaughter of over 68 million turkeys in the months of November and December alone.
Join us in Watkins Glen, New York and Acton, California as we celebrate these remarkable beings. We hope you’ll carry on a tradition of compassion at your home, too, and leave all animals off your plate.

I am pretty sure this is Farm Sanctuary's turkey gang's favourite day of the year! I wish every turkey experienced such kindness because they all deserve it so much.

❤ that first white turkey who came out of the door and half flew with laser like focus at the buffet then started chowing down on prepared goodies immediately while the ones behind her were like, ooh, look down, grass!

God's children are hun humans who are starving during Thanksgiving and would love to eat a turkey. God created turkey as food.

@@GarudaLegends Actually He didn't. Read the Talmud, which is the written Oral Torah. (The Oral Torah magnifies and clarifies the Torah) God only gave permission to the Jews to eat meat because they were in danger of becoming cannibals! He consequently put the fear of humans into the animals.
