I am so happy to see this resort again it used to be the Sol Pelicano and it was our first family trip to Cuba back in 2008. We had a fantastic week and will definitely try to go again. 🏖️🍹😎

Debating hard on which one to venture to in feb. Memories definitely seems like the better bet for the ~$50ish more. Having been to the now grand memories ten years ago, I wouldn’t opt to go back to it, no beach OR decent pool. They got the memories and grand memories mixed up in the revamp 😅

agree, not sure why they would spend money to update a resort with no beach.
Great video the buffet and the alcool are included??

Yes they are, all inclusive. Alcohol can be limited, lots of Rum of course.
looking at April 2024, how was the weather and supplies

Which do you recommend? Starfish or memories. I’m debating between the two to book.

I think they are pretty close, I was at Cayo Largo again in Sept, the beach at Starfish looks a bit better. They are right next to each other on the beach, so really does no matter. I like Memories because the scooter rental is on site. I have not stayed at starfish, so I don't know how the food or rooms compare. Starfish seems better for kids, they have a kid pool etc.
