So, actually if you put more downforce on the fender flare, it’s better. It helps the car rotate more easily without it coming unglued. The high downforce on the fender flare gives front end bite, the high downforce on the rear keeps the rear end from stepping out as easily.

That's what I was coming to the comments to say. He's giving up all that front downforce. That being said, I wonder if he's trying to get more straightline speed or tighten it up?

@@snackin88 well, with higher downforce on the fender flare, it allows the opportunity to go stiffer (higher percentage) on the front springs without over tightening the car. Higher percentage on the springs decreases tire wear.

Ive played this game enough at Atlanta to know if youre already sliding in the corners on lap 5 then youll be spinning out loose by lap 25

The blue paint scheme works so well because Kmart used to have its Blue Light Special sale.

The car walks up the track like that and you wear the front tires because losing all that fender flare is giving up front downforce.

And that's why your front tires are wearing down so fast. With less downforce, the front tires are sliding. You're creating the tire wear issue on top of it needing R&D

It's kind of a necessity at this point of the career. I am playing the same game myself, and it's impossible to finish less than 1 lap down unless you use some Team Waltrip antics.

I really want to play this again but my computer set up is in Flux and missing a few things. I have ps5 and Xbox series X and those don't play it I don't think. So sad lol.
