How to fix P0018 Code: Crankshaft Position- Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 2, Sensor A)
A P0018 code is set when the computer (ECM/PCM) detects that the camshaft on bank 2 of the engine is not working in conjunction with the crankshaft.
The P0018 code can be caused by a bad variable timing solenoid, low engine oil, wrong oil, bad variable valve timing actuator, or a worn timing chain/belt.
Faulty VVT (Variable Valve Timing) components are a common cause of a P0018 Code.
Possible Causes of a P0018 Code:
Low or Dirty Engine Oil
VVT Solenoid or Actuator
Bad Timing chain or timing belt
Bad Timing chain tensioner
Bad ('A') Camshaft Position Sensor

Seems like it could be any of the things mentioned in this video. I would take it to Ford and have them deal with it since they should have already replaced this when they worked on it last time.
Please I want a video of the position of the two crankshaft when the engine is on the timing only
Do you look at VVT monitor in mode 6 to help with the diagnosis? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Mode 6 and similar are geared toward engineers. As a technician, troubleshooting, for me anyway, is more practical, such as testing the components that may be bad or another part that can cause something to not work. Everyone has their own troubleshooting style; in the end it is basically whatever works to get the job done.
