Technically, yes- but not on purpose. I started with my pointer finger the day before, but I used it on so many sections, I rubbed my finger raw so I had to switch fingers haha

I love Clorox wipes for caulking. I’ve seen people use baby wipes too.

I have never used soapy water. I just rather run a micro bead and work it like you're doing. You're good Emily..

I just use soapy water for silicone. For latex caulk, I just wipe my finger off on wet wipe.

Cut tip at a sharp 45 degree angel and put cut facing down move at a medium speed.

Cut the tip right and you don't need to use your finger
