Caught in a Snowstorm: Surviving -20°C in a Bushcraft Shelter in Heavy Snowfalls
In this video, I will show you how I built a temporary bushcraft shelter in a forest in heavy snowfalls and survived a bitterly cold night. Heavy snowfalls made building a makeshift refuge nearly impossible, but anyhow, I managed to put up the shelter and fried meat for dinner. During the course of collecting wood for the shelter, I even witnessed a pack of wolves in the distance moving up a snowy slope. The ensuing night on the bank of a rushing river would have been extremely cold had I had not a warm sleeping bag and a shelter protecting me from the elements. He’s made a debris shelter. It’s actually really good. They are to keep the worst of the weather out and affords some protection from the worst of the elements, especially if folks get caught out by the weather. Cool huh! Peace ✌️
No door, no fire, no heat in the shelter... you can stay outdoors...

Sorry, there wasn’t enough time to do that all as I was caught up in the snowstorm unexpectedly. All I need was to have a shelter to protect myself from the snowfall.
