Excellent content and as for your comments at the end of the video regarding the stats and technical detail, forget that. What was important was the way you managed to convey the essence of the car. As you said, you could have the most expensive hypercar with all the tech in the world, but none of them would give the driving experience that this Caterham offers and that’s the essential point. What genuine enthusiasts want is the purity of a driving experience that only a car like this can give them and you conveyed that message perfectly. Well done mate👍

Brian - WOW, thank you so much for this comment it means a lot! I'm glad that you felt the video showed off the raw enjoyment this car offers as that's what my goal was - I understand that a lot of people would still rather spend millions on a Hypercar, but for me I'd have a 60K car that I could drive as hard as I liked anyday of the week 😁

10:37 - I really love it! Great and "real" (honest) reaction of the co-pilot 👍 I personally drive a Caterham 485 S3 but the 620S must be a totally different pair of shoes. Caterham builts very special cars and every ride in my Seven gives me a lot of pleasure.

Great video. The harness buckle should be across your hips, to remedy this you can tighten the lap belts and lengthen the shoulder straps more before clipping up 👍🏼

@@Supercarcopilot Yep, Donky's are all hand build, and mostly bespoke. So you can imagine this ramps the up price pretty quickly. Mine comes with a 1.8 4 Cylinder Audi engine giving a 270hp on 650kg wet. A bit heavier than the Caterham, but man does this thing rip!! I dont do socials other than commenting on KZread, just reply here when you are around 🤙

@@ValueNL the big Problem with the Donkey is the Turbo... in such a light car... NA or Supercharged is the way you always will go... im not a fan of the VAG engine. But i love the Duratec System and the easy build Crate Powertrains. I know the Donkeys from the Düchting Team very well.

@@Supercarcopilot It might need to be a 2023 goal now, starting to get a bit chilly! However, definitely worth it. The lack of windscreen really increases the sensation of speed when not wearing a helmet. You don't even need to go particularly quick on the road to get a real buzz.

@@Supercarcopilot thinking of selling my finally fully sorted 2021 Morgan 3 wheeler. Took 2 years including a 10 month "warranty repair" period to finally get it "brand new" and perfect. Morgan quality control and customer support sucks. I'd like to actually have a new car on day one.

@@Supercarcopilot and I myself had to find the rattles the loud, intrusive rattles dealer actually tried to claim were normal, which was ridiculous. Weren't even that hard to sort. Morgan isn't ready for the American market. So exploring alternatives while my car is perfect. Knock on wood, literally.

@diplomacy2000 oh that's interesting! I recently tested the latest Morgan +4 and absolutely loved it, manual or automatic. I would say you may still have issues with road noise, stones or rattles with a Caterham but I'd like to think the customer service would be a lot better if you did have any problems 😁

Actually I can think of lots of 600 cc and above bikes that give more thrills than this car, for less money. To be fair there is a slot in my dream garage for this car.

Please, please learn how to use the seat belts properly, lap belt should be straight across not half way up the chest. Apart from that nice video.
