this is awesome, i need more :-D so much faster than my lap and you are only using like 50%-75% of the car a lot of the time. With only 130hp in my Westfield it felt like ages to go uphill but here it looks like beaming from one to the other corner. Subscribed and hope for other videos in 2016 :-D thanks for sharing this one!

+Doctor Drift No need to use the clutch on the way up the gearbox, but best to use it on the way down. This was my first track outing in this car and is my first sequential - I kept using the clutch because old habits die hard lol!!

Got the Flannel shirt, blue jeans, and runs in the 7's at the ring. That's what a Caterham can do. Crank it up and it might get into the 6 minute club

the nurburgrin is a really fast track most of the time, so you'd need a lot more power to get under 7 minutes in a caterham, and perhaps more aero. basically a donkervoort. but i really want the new 620s!

Just drove mine home from GB to Portugal.Bilbao to Lagos in 10 hrs...awaiting the speeding tickets!I love it,the only thing I hate is the loud gearbox! Do you know the time per lap you've made on Nürburgring?

+Algarve Knives This lap is 7:55BTG but there's a lot of time left in it. I don't find the gearbox noise a problem at all.

no, a pagani zonda r only beats a radical sr8 by 1 second around the nurburgring. Even though, the radical SR is over 100kg heavier than a caterham 7 series, it's 2.7 litre v8 engine would humiliate the caterham's 2 litre supercharged engine.

could you imagine a small 6cyl engine for a more sweet sounding tone in that sweet sweet car, for example the small mx3 mazda v6 engine.

is this road legal in the states? if so where do i get one lol

Yeah there's loads of kits you can buy, it doesn't even have to be caterham.
