Catching Prespawn/Spawning Bass at Lake Anna in April

In this video I travel to Lake Anna in Mineral Virginia. A few weeks ago I was able to find a few spawning fish but the cold weather has delayed the spawn a few weeks. I was able to find some nice spawning bass and challenge my friend to see who could catch the best three bass. Started watching your videos recently and really enjoy them. What are you using with the drop shot? Also do you use the same thing at Lake Moomaw? I fish both and have had little success but looks like you do well. Thanks

Mike Catron it’s the Missile Baits Bomb Shot. It’s a killer finesse bait. I used it at Moomaw as well and it did well there too. Thanks for the nice comment man!

You need to invest some money in Scales that's from the United States we don't live in China

When I’m fishing for bass I always put them back at the end of the day, but when the bass are spawning it’s important to put them back immediately so they can go back to their bed and keep defending it. If you take them off the bed and let them go in a different area, you risk them not returning to take care of their bed.
