You know FREEZING THEM TO DEATH isn't humane are you dumb? I rather them get boiled and die in 3 seconds than HAVE THEM FREEZE FOR HOURS ON END till they die

The lobsters are doing very well here I think the commercials are doing a good job on the sustainable side of things. Looks like they might have pushed the brown crabs too far though.

The area I'm in they can't keep larger lobsters which is a problem because they end up eating other lobsters.

I wish I'd be there with you guys. Looks like pure happiness to me. But your catch wouldn't be so easy if you were going for large SCAMPIS. They have armful very long scratching and cutting "antennas" revolving 360° around when they are under attack. Better not have a square inch of skin under their reach, or barracudas will quickly smell blood from afar. I've seen big scampis in Cuba. The divers are so skillful, by hands. What a wonderful meal it was. Only 10 minutes on the boat deck, cooked only from sun, rhum and salt. Pure delight. You guys have a wonderful life.

Traditionally, I prepare my additives in a plastic zipper lock bag. When I am ready to make the wrap, I cut the corner section and I am able to squeeze the additives onto the wrap without a mess or sand.

Man Joe , I just came across your channel the other day. You guys are super lucky to even have lobster where you are at. I too am a free diver over here in the NW USA , and I dive for Dungeons crab and spearfish. We get some real good sized brown and red rock crabs here as well ( Brown crabs up here are kinda new , they migrated up just a couple years ago ). I've gotten a few of those where their claws are 4-1/2". But those lobster's you guy get........wow!! I'd kill to be able to dive with you guys! Even if it was just catch and release , it would be worth the dive!
