Good looking healthy mulloway there 👌👌🎣
G'day young fella.. mate you have so much "useful" knowledge and your ability to share it is brilliant. I really appreciate your efforts and particularly enjoy your kayak vids. All the best mate I hope this channel blows up for you 🤘🤘
Very cool video, and very nice fish Nev, good shit!
Amazing.
Well done mate!
Mate you have a 200% plus praise for just giving the general Location/Township you were fishing. Thanks for taking the time and showing us how its done!!!!!!!!!!!!😍😍
Serious beasts!
Really good video, informative and really fantastic fish
Mulloway over here in the west. Awesome fish. Wonderful to eat too. Over Easter I had a Goldilocks night for them. 4x 1-1.5 metre mulloway in the one evening. Awesome times. Thank you for the awesome content. You really do a great job of presenting this channel. Can't wait to see it really take off.
This Chanel is definitely going to get big. Keep up the cracking content👍

Caught flathead in the high 90’s off that same rock. Yet to get a big Jew though. Loved the footage 👍
Well done buddy
Hey mate literally just found your channel and done a bit of binge watching haha seems like you've actually got a fair amount of knowledge and sharing it too so good stuff mate 👍 I used to go to a spot at sandon just south of Yamba, and the fishing was incredible, still to this day caught my biggest flatty off the beach there and biggest snapper offshore. I used to do a heap off Port Stephens too. I've only ever caught soapys, one like you got is a goal. A bloke I knew years ago got one at Newcastle around 40kg, was fuckin huge. 👌 keep up the good work mate 👍
Good job

Not even joking I have the exact same set up keep it up
That's pretty cool to see people catching different kinds of fish than we do here in the States. The fish we call "jew fish" go by Goliath grouper as well, but only once they get past a certain size. What you are calling Tyler or taylor, I can't tell because of your accent lol, look like blue fish here. Those would have been small to medium blues, as they can get to 60lbs or 25+-kilos., so they're probably a different species. Awesome video none the less.

Same species, they can get that big here but not common. We call them Tailor.
those lures are massive compared to my freshwater lures, your so lucky to be able to catch massive fish

Where is this mate good video love you content and estuary vids to mate
A bit late for a question on this video but I never saw it when it came out. I'm guessing you are casting in and retrieving along the gutter? If so is the bite better when the foam washes over? I think I know a similar place and would like to give it a go. It's nice to know the tailor still take the big lures it means less thinking about lure size
dude call those big tailor haha??, my PB is 11 pounds, there are monster 14 kg tailor out there, loved this one bro, keep it up!!
Do you fish for these fish on or around the tide change?
hey man ive been trying to find a good hardbody lure for jewies. Do you have any recommendations? Do I just let my sinking stickbait sink for longer and work it slower? Sick jewie and great vid
Did you put them back? Also are they good eating?

What an amazing fish, was there any reason you didn't pull the the fish from the side with the rod rather than above?

Weres the spot mate looks awsome
Nev congrat great vidio, nev I have question for you, 1)what is the advantage of use a long rod for fishing and 2)if a rod say lure weight 5-25oz and line weight 6-12 pound, it means I can use 20-30 pound braided fising line in my reel Without break the rod?, thanks🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
@NevsFishing
3 жыл бұрын
Cheers mate!! The advantage of using a long rod is that it helps with casting and this helps with land based fishing. And you can snap almost any rod if you use it incorrectly.👌🤙
That's amazing. How do you know where the fish are and how to catch them? Local advice?

No one will ever tell you. Just like the rest of us you have to put in the time and effort to find where they are. They move around a lot, so one wall may fish better than another 30 mins apart. Just keep casting

These fish can live well over 30 years. They are good eating..but number have dropped through the years, that's why it's always better to release them to catch another day.
