My sweetie pie Cookie 🐾 dog used to lick my head like that as well and use one of her paws to balance. I almost put me to sleep 💤💤. Stress= gone. I miss her still even after nearly 2 years 🥹🫤😕

Cats have needles on their tongues it's like sandpaper or a micro plane grater kinda unpleasant but it makes him happy we put up with it
