Cat/Cow Pose into Downdog Flow

Come onto all fours.
Drop the belly and relax the hips back. Look straight out in front of you inhaling through the nose.
Start from the lower back, curving the spine up towards the ceiling, and release the head. look down in between the gap through the legs.
Exhale out of your mouth.
Continue to move through cat/cow for x4/6 natural breaths.
Then tuck the toes stretching up into downdog.
Come back onto all fours and try #catcowpose again.
