I would change my eq a little bit for more reverby spaces if I did live shows in some. If a band has a long setup/soundcheck time than that might really help them too. Live sound mixing could be different because you might have to learn about certain spaces sounds before you can do a good mix faster. Anyways, the mix of this is outstanding for sure.

Another masterpiece by Devin. And Che's voice is haunting and sexy.

I'm a little pissed that all their live performances sound so fucking incredible that they outshine the studio album. And by pissed I mean I'm really just glad to be here and to be able to hear this. But God, Devin, seriously! Don't be afraid to mix your voice to run at a parallel audi ble volume because yours and Che's voice blend together beautifully.

I think the "Devin Townsend scene" is much bigger than the rockabilly scene, so why bother? Especially when you're going to make fans that will probably only dig 1% of your stuff (ie this album and Trainfire off Ki).

There is a CD and a CD-DVD set out there , you just have to look for it. The DVD may only be for European region players. I have an all region player and the DVD is fantastic.
