Prosecution lost this case by making this a death penalty case If it been neglect leading to death Depraved and indifferent (2nd degree) I think she would have been found guilty

I heard one of the jurors admit that the tape was attached to the bone. Also, Dr. G the coroner stated her investigation showed the tape was placed around the mouth. These jurors came in excited to be celebrities and were determined to acquit the guilty party.

i read in the newspaper some days ago that the mother was released not guilty. i was a bit sad...cos i'm sure she did it!!!poor child...R.I.P.

I believe George and Cindy Anthony both lied on th stand , I think George acted like he did to get her off , but that is his daughter , I would hope I would have better sense , the Foreman of the jury sounds like he slept threw this trial , I tried hard to not be biased during trial , I gave her the innocent until proven guilty and in my mind she should have been convicted of murder , I don't think anyone of her parents helped kill Cahley Anthony, if you listen to all her police interviews I think it's easy to figure out what happened, I do believe her dad might be a pedi , in the interview with him by police he refers the the baby as the kid as if he didn't know her , that bothered me , a grandfather who loves there grandchild would not refer to it as the kid , but it's only my opinion, I waited all these years to say anything so I think I deserve a pass , she's a free woman and the baby's passed on so she won .

@cityvibegirl juror #11 is an unmarried man and a teacher... it's not right to make up stories about people that aren't true... juror #11 is not the juror that made the demands for the 5 figures through a PR agent.

@dbritton41 Greta may not have personally compensated this juror BUT a statement was released from his PR person that the ONLY way he would speak out is if he got compensated with at least 6 figures! I promise you he got paid for that interview!

@folliebisou Greta posted on her website that she did not compensate this juror in any way for his interview. I sure hope that is true. I only wish Greta would have pushed this juror on some key things he said.. like the big "oops" this juror kept making.. by referring to the date of June 15th.. was the date Caylee died.. the last day George saw Casey with Caylee....Which was not.. it was the 16th of June.. not sure how a juror could forget that detail.

@HollysGmom I saw on the news after that long distant cousin in Texas gave that phone interview to that radio station claiming to tell them what really happened after she had a "conference call" with her side of the family which is Cindy Anthony....The news I saw on that was denied by Cindy Anthony's attorney..he said that conversation never happened with that cousin. Or at least those things that cousin "Dana" claims were said.
