I was three when this movie came out and I was also obsessed with it as a kid. I had a bunch of the toys, I had the Ds game and I watched my dvd of it so much it’s very scratched up now. Your son is very lucky to be experiencing the same thing I did as a kid.

@@Mendoxs_ It would have felt like an expansion to the Cars Universe instead of this Tacked-On plot which wasn't even really about Spies, but about Mater, of all Characters. You can just see the writers struggling to jam Mater into the Spy plot like when he accidentally tells Holly a code word that is common knowledge for any Mechanic. (Just as an example, my Grandma once had an air-cooled Volkswagen) Or when he notices a certain part when looking at the Photo of the Villain's Motor and Finn is like "I would have never noticed that.". My Brother in Chrysler, you're a Secret Agent and you didn't bother to inspect every pixel of the one clue you got?? Also, Axlerod pretending to be an e-car was just stupid. How do you not notice a Car having exhaust pipes and making a loud engine noise?? And in general, the Movie's message was just wack. People who are old and disabled are evil? WTF???

I strongly disagree. The mix plots were perfect. What you're asking for is this sequel to be like every other sequel

0:32 you can almost hear the sound of starting his engine while walking on a pillar with his magnetic wheels

I think cars 2 has to be in my fav movie list, I just love spy aspect of it and the villains are so cool, although the film might not have alot of racing and mcqueen screentime, I honestly think its a fun movie to watch with hardly any boring parts.

Honestly, as much as I liked the 3rd film better, I can’t forget how much I used to enjoy watching this. Sure it’s not racing, but as a kid, I didn’t care, little me thought all of the action was awesome. Also I think this film is the only Pixar film that has way more death counts than their other films. 😂

If this movie's overall quality was as good as its soundtrack, it would probably be a top 5 Pixar movie.

In my opinion this movie was bad as a sequel. It didn't fit in with the storyline of the Cars movies being about racing. But it was overall still a really good movie. I really enjoyed this movie with all the attention to detail. Such as the different guns depending on who wielded it. But as a sequel this movie sucked. Still a good movie. Solid 8/10.
