I think the best compliment to Carrie was the crowd's reaction. This isn't her fans, it is G&R fans. You could hear the "WOW" from their voices, like it was same Carrie from Idol. And for the rest of her performance they actually paid attention.

That wasn't the plan. GNR knows Carrie is a headline performer. Carrie wanted to perform in front of GNR for a few dates and this what happen. Axl knows how good Carrie is. But give Axl credit, he gave Carrie her wish without going nuts.

She really needs a ROCK ALBUM... ROCK is dying in this age... Carrie can fill those gaps...
