He struggled with Jennifer Hudson, too. In all fairness, though, they are Sopranos. He's a Tenor. Besides this, their songs are vocally-demanding (like from the black church). As such, you have to have a lot of stamina to pull them off.

Well, actually it is not She's way too perfectionist, even though her voice is one of the best ever heard, she still want to records several takes and at some point it is perfect but it lacks emotions because she's too focus on her vocal. At the beginning of "beautiful" you can hear Christina saying "don't look at me" she was talking to Linda Perry (her producer), she was pretty emotional that day and wasn't sure she could go through the 1st take so she didn't want Linda to look at her. That take was the best she ever recorded throughout her career, she fought for months, begging linda to let her recorded it again but she didn't let her. To that day Christina still thinks "Beautiful" should have never been released in this current state. :) So no, working with her is not an easy task, knowing that you have one of the best vocalist of all time who still thinks she's not good enough and wants to re-do takes again and again gotta be a nightmare.

That's the problem. She is an amazing live performer but people are thrown by the fact that it's not a copy paste from the studio version so they are shook. Anytime something is different people are triggered

ibo the performance will start with an interlude calles "Dreamers" where her own daughter along with other female kids/teens will "shout" what they want to become as they get older. As for how they'll continue, I'm not sure. I'd love to see other women sing along just like Kesha's Grammy performance of Praying.

Yoko Debora while that was honestly partly cuz he was trying to sing demi's parts high like she does in the song. But this song is hard to perform live on its own anyways. Plus not many can compete with Christina's vocals.
