love the way you use chod rigs as a stiff hinge rigs I done the same and caught my biggest carp recently that proves to me that my carp instincts are good and trying different to others is good and to be different and trust in my skills thank you for making me realise Ian that I'm finally becoming a good angler after 18 yrs or so years. Used to watch a lot of Korda videos on hear until I saw these fox videos, and fox DVDs are so much better it's actually fishing and not an hour of fishing and 3 hours or advertising. Keep it up

I want to start a carp fishing world tournament here in Austin, Texas we have millions of carp that no one has ever fished for basically they are unadulterated, we are all bass angler's here but, when I was a child my grandfather taught me the finer art of carp fishing we used cattle cake to draw them in and we used what we call Wheatie balls it's an American breakfast cereal, breakfast of champions so they say as anyway I wonder what it would take to get all the best carp anglers from around the world to fish Austin, Texas a tournament of epic proportions would it take $50,000 dollars or 100,000 dollar purse I wonder if that would draw the world's best carp fishermen?

I accidentally caught one that was 52" long last summer I have no clue what he weighed in at but, at 52 inches long im guessing maybe 40 to 50 lb range, it was a lucky catch on 12lb test line took near an hour as every time i came close to landing the thing it would pull a runner and I would lose all that line I had gained to the drag system probably the largest carp of my life although i remember some as child of 12 or 13 years that were chest high, large very large, over the past ten years of fishing everyday I have only come across one carp fishermen he was an englishmen about 5 years ago he had seen the carp in one of my local ponds and was giving it a go, i dont know if he ever got one but if he did he was massive i have some of the carp there on video and they are huge four feet in length with dorsal fins that look like sharks

hi mark come and try cowlick park west lake thay charge you £14 pound for a day ticket I have never had a fish out of the lake I would like to try with an experiaece angler to try john Nottingham keep up the vidios comeing in john thank you for good entertainment

Think Mark is a top geeza, but he reminds me of 1 of my old mates....nobody can beat Matt Hayes. Same goes for the old Fox gear...used to be top notch but gone downhill over the years IMO such a shame, ive still use my 12ft fox rangemasters i got for my 8-9th bday almost 20 years ago and they are strong as ever
