I guess we are so lucky we in the 20's we have such people atlst giving us the experience wisdom way. Kudos Carol ✊in for a risk. 💃💃n making it.

For me once i got to my 30's alot of clarity needed to be articulated. I, in away decluttered ALOT of what i "thought" or "who" i thought was important in my life. The self conscience muscle grew up and fit into the big boy pants thus for me demanded more discipline and self care. The third floor also started on a rough note (barely thought i could make it especially mentally). Home truths needed to be heard and addressed surgically. Am very intentional & unapologetic about my decisions to make this thing called "life" more meaningful on all fronts i.e. work and life etc. Happy to note that so far so good. I can see some seeds being sown and hopeful for the fruits in the future. #Liveandlearn #Mindfullness #Selfcare

I'm 33, took a huge risk at 31 and pored all of my investment savings into a business venture, I "lost" the money but what I gained in experience is invaluable. Cheers to the next 5 years! And yes, planning is EVERYTHING!

Its an incredible talk;Am making a decision

I'll be 30 this year and I wish I started doing what I am doing today in my mid 20s. Though now I'm ready to take the third floor head on. Speaking of homes, may I request for videos (or can you recommend sites) that weigh the benefits of building vs buying in your 30s. Especially in this Nairobi and its suburban areas, buying land or property has felt out of reach the older I get and I feel grossly unprepared to make this step. I suppose it would be good to know about getting a mortgage vs saving and building/buying over time especially in this economy and the still rising standard of living in Kenya. Thanks for this clip, it put things in perspective.

Julie Mberia what are the odds :-) just stumbled on this video I couldn't agree more. 2 years to go. Let's make this floor smooth to climb In my own opinion and from working with numerous smart home owners, I think they wisely put their money into investments which the in turn gave proceeds enough to purchase and custom build or entirely buy developed homes. Either way, it was a plan being worked on. And most often than not saved up for it in a different form to facilitate purchase other than taking mortgage.
