Good info with lots of truths...but these ladies shouldn’t tell people that they can’t start at 40. People should not lose hope. Lots of people began their success stories after 40. Everybody has their time. Let’s not get boxed by these age ranges. Live your own life. I hope I have helped someone out there who had lost hope after watching this video.

If its doesn't make you better ,if it's doesn't make you money or if doesn't make you happier ,it's not worth your time !Always make friendship with people's who values your time and multiply your life and time ,I wish I can like this thousands times . @Caroline, it will interest you to know, that in the times we are living in, at 30 yrs of age most graduates are still struggling to find employment. for most the pay ranges between 25-45K so in as much as you mean well, we gotta be realistic. The average 35yr old Kenyan, is probably earning 150k in this times we are living in so by the time they start earning what you were making at 35-40 they'll probably not even be able to afford these homes you are talking about

Very true. But I think we can always; start small, avoid unnecessary debt, live below your means, budget. You don't have to buy 1 acre or a house worth 50 million shillings. You can start with an 1/8, and if you can't do that on your own, partner with like minded people(friends/people you trust) and take the leap. I just graduated last year and it is hard getting a job. But I have hope and somehow things will work out.

I reasonate with you ladies. I have had my 2012 Honda CRV going 7yrs this July. I will drive it next 4yrs till i pass it on to my daughter. Carnote $$ is going straight to my investments. I said no to Flossets. #Needs vs Wants.

All is never lost,start now”n i mean literally now”i also was never cautious with my future plans etc but am turning 30 this year n i am woke like never before,i have completely cut off unnecessary expenses (until i meet my goals)n am now saving n investing as much as i can,as long as u start making those moves n working towards achieving those goals,then u can never be too late🙏🏾

"You cant be starting in your forties"? scam. Be realistic to the world around you ladies even if you were blessed enough ti start early.You can plan by 20 but if no opportunities come your way you are doomed.Start when you start getting the slightest opportunity with the least that you have.Hii maneno ya age brackets can make some people commit suicide. Kindly be realistic to the Kenya where the majority cant even afford a meal a day. Thanks for the video but i hope you read our feedback too.

Unfortunately these are not possible for majority of Kenyans. Many are struggling to land a first proper job even over 40 despite having good education.Unless this is a different Kenya.Of course some of you were very lucky and had good connections and started earning very early. Lets keep it real with the current Kenya .
