Caroline, few years ago I had a dream at night. In my dream I was reciting a poem. When I woke up I was saying it loud the lasts words of the poem . I quickly wrote it down not to forget. It said : “There are millions of torches in the world. There is a torch for each person. You take care of your own torch .”So each time I find myself in the dark, I remember that I have my own torch . The light of the torch despite whatever happens in the world will always stay lit . It also remind me of Jesus Christ words when he said, “You are the light of the world.” Happy new year dear Caroline and thank you for your wisdom and for sharing your light with us.

I had the same feeling about going on medication for high cholesterol. I didn't even get as far as getting a prescription. The doctor said you should be on medication for this, but a voice in my head said, " No, you shouldn't." I told the doctor I wanted to try changing my diet first. ( and doing some research. ) I was able to get it down to a level they considered acceptable with diet and exercise, but it took 12 months. It has crept back up again a bit but stayed at the same level for 3 years. I'm not convinced it's a one size fits all with cholesterol.

Try using niacin (b3 vitamin, the flushing kind). It raises HDL and lowers LDL, and if you want to know more there is a book on Niacin by an orthomolecular medicine Dr. Just google this. Good luck!

no carbs for awhile, my a1c was 5.1, it is also bad with insulin because its too much stuffing, i think, type 1 got reversed with pure protien i heard

Same with high bp recently, cardio Dr basically didn't want to know me when I said I'd do it without pharmaceuticals. Needless to say, bp is now fine 😊

Grace has made me cry happy tears many times during my spiritual practices last year. This year I'm practicing peace.

As a recovering Catholic, I have to say that the one thing that I love, and refuse to give up, is ritual and the power of prayer. Discernment= intuition

Grace is not easy to come by, Caroline. I've experienced a very bad situation that required grace, on my part because a wrong health decision was performed on me. I had to get extra help and feel forgiveness toward the person who caused it. This required great faith and strength through an extremely painful time. Thank you, you are always on time, a vessel to teach us. ❤️🌹

Yes. I refuse medication for autoimmune sjogren’s , for arthritis, a rod in my neck in 1998 for broken C 7, medication for osteo. I will be a healthy 80, the lord willing, in June. I meditate, do yoga, walk, a tiny bit of weights. Looking into roller skating. I do take hormone replacement and when I stopped my arthritis came back. I will never stop again. Been on HRT since I was 42. Bless you. Thank you. 🩷

Dear Caroline, thank you gor speaking the truth, i pray that it will enlighten a lot of persons, i am grateful to have discovered you on KZread. I was very reluctant to get the shot for circus 19, i felt i got poison in my body, i regretted i did not follow my intuition, i had 3 days of dyhrea afterthat. I feel grace comes and go when you start taking things for granted. Also, i think that the ailments we take have to be healthy and that fast food contributes to not discerning. On this day last year i started his protocol. I feel brand new. But everyone asks me what I've been doing too but no one else has tried it lol. For arthritis I have to say it has to work because you have zero inflammation. Zero. Pain free. It's wonderful but it's also a pain in the ass hahahaha. Just give it time and it gets a flow. I found you can stray a bit rather than starve lol and all is well too. Still better than nothing ;)

I understand there is a lot of random information out there and it's difficult to trust who knows what, and what is real. The reason I began to personally trust this protocol is because I had noticed within two days of using it, that I was feeling just a little bit better. Afterwards I read into his background information more substantially. The author of these books, takes no personal credit. He allows himself to be guided as a writer through his spiritual connection the source energy. Therefore having an understanding of how this guidance works, I knew wholeheartedly I could trust the path I was on. And thankfully I am now free of chronic illness. If you are a follower of Caroline Myss, she too, you will know, uses that same guidance to tell you what is wrong with you. My suggestion to you, is to follow the actual protocol of his for 3 months without bending the rules, and allow yourself the opportunity to heal, and continue to heal, beyond that 3 month period.

In terms of DISCERNMENT (wisdom) it is bestowed on one as a gift from God. True discernment starts with prayer. Just like Solomon requested wisdom, the believer should ask the Spirit (Holy) for guidance and discernment. God smiles on those who ask for it. “The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of man, awaiting on those who seek after God” (Psalm 14:2).

Prayer IS Power! Thank you & I look forward to your talk on the experience of Betrayal archetype. It’s a really tough one to navigate & within the Prayers of honoring myself & following my heart, I have the most power. ❤

A question to the lovely folk out there, if I may? I'm 63 and at the point in life, where the balance between the profundity of 'knowing that I don't know', with the impersonal and mysterious 'forward' power of life, alongside my hopefully temporary inability to harness my own 'soul-self' (I sense a need to stop action for the time being), makes me feel somewhat 'stalled' just now. Over the last 10 years, there has been a growing and increasingly rigorous mistrust of my mind and my laying down of strategies. It's like I increasingly have to choose between wisdom in the moment and that of 'spiritual memories. My faith in the 'I am'ness' and grace of God/Source, is as strong as it ever was, but MY often inherited 'beliefs', or stand-in certainties (even good ones) have left me (at this time anyway) feeling somewhat spiritually 'impotent'. Having said all this, there is no agitation, just a sense of mildly confused anticipation! 😄Thoughts anyone? 🙏
