I rebuilt a KitchenAid last December and rewarded myself by getting the meat grinder. Made ground brisket out of a whole brisket from Costco and I swear I'm never going back. Fresh ground is everything, and tossing the parts in the dishwasher makes the prep zero-effort.

We've been making our ice cream w/allulose for a few yrs now, nearly identical recipe except I don't temper the eggs. Everything into the bowl, whisk it up & pour into the ice cream maker~ absolutely love the stuff. It's the first & only ice cream recipe I've tried, changing flavor a bit here & there~ though we're mostly vanilla folks. Occasionally some caramel, which is pretty much intensified vanilla imo. Appreciate all the food prep ideas! Think I might use your chicken meatball mixture as a pizza crust, maybe some alfredo sauce & bacon on top~ yum=) Thanks so much~ Sammy in AZ

I sure am glad you came up on my feed today! I didn’t waste any time to sub. We get the round of ribeye from Costco and love it so much. My hubby is a chef and has done butchering as well so he gets to trim it and slice it. It didn’t look like yours needed to be trimmed though lucky you! We do cut some of that fat off the end of the steaks and I make tallow to fry the steaks in or we use bacon fat. You can’t go wrong either way 😊. I loved all your ideas. 😋

As I'm lactose intolerant I always use Lactose free from either Liddels, Pauls or Bulla (they also have LF sour cream, yummy). Half n half is simply cream n milk mixed in equal parts 1 part cream and 1 part milk 1/2c cream+ 1/2c milk 1pt cream+ 1pt milk Etc Americans are stupid and think it’s another actual product It’s simply premixed for the customer’s convenience for coffee Making a recipe I simply convert back to cream n milk so in this it would be another 3/4c cream plus 3/4c milk Half n half is more expensive. No reason to buy it.
