I agree a lot the propaganda towards meat, bought into it myself. Even for us hindus it is very much allowed(except beef) but it has strict rules such as to be a sacrifice towards gods, or to remember them before consuming meat. Growing up a brahmin, just like my dad i ate meat which was G, but turned vegetarian. Tho i blame myself for it, not knowing my religion properly was my own fault. Also i would suggest using the word saadhu insted of brahmin when you mention to people who meditate only and stuff, because while we were into that, there has been to limits to brahmin warriors. Mohyal brahmins themselves fought with sikhs, lived like warriors. Either way, great video. I hope more people educate themselves and live by how their ancestors lived, the world was hard and our ancestors survived and livedd in gloey, speaks a lot

Really good point man, I’m for the carnivore diet it’s completely opposite in Punjabi culture with the carbs. It’s tough because the most convenient red meat in general is beef but finding alternatives like deer is amazing. Definitely need more guidance for sikhs in the self improvement niche you’re doing good work.
