    I wonder what kind of kick-backs that doctor got over 20 years. ... Probably saw him as one of his meal tickets. Could you imagine if he lost his small intestine? He'd be on full nutrition bags. You know, those bags, cost 20,000 $USD each! Imagine the commission that doctor would be getting from that 'customer'.

  • @ianshand6094

    @ianshand6094

    6 күн бұрын

    @@alanx4121Unfortunately, it's not that simple, Alan. Those who enter the medical system are indeed smart, intellectual people, as you point out. However, that's not the problem. The problem is what they're taught. Medical students are NOT taught about diet and nutrition in medical school, they're taught (read brainwashed) to believe disease occurs in a particular way, and how to treat the symptoms of that disease with drugs - that's it. The reason doctors are taught this way is because Rockefeller and Carnegie, through their funding of the 1910 Flexner Report, captured the US medical system in the early twentieth century. Rockefeller and Carnegie did this for the sole purpose of selling people drugs for their ailments. Fortunately, many people are now waking up to the fact that doctors, whether specialists or general practitioners, are (typically) nothing more than licenced drug pushers. Furthermore, it is the doctors themselves that are the cause (through their dangerous advice and drugs) of ongoing bad health outcomes for their patients.

    I'm 77 and decided 3 months ago to fix my health issues and went on the carnivore diet, cold turkey. No sugar. No carbs. No fruit or veges. No processed foods. Only animal products. Every issue I had improved in 4 weeks and blood tests at 3 months were all completely normal. Including BP Sugar, thyroid and cholesterol. Lost approx 4lb a month and now I feel like life can begin again. No medication. No problem! Absolutely amazing results. After 100 days I added olives, berries, cream, yoghurt and a small amount of sweet potato, which seems to keep all levels balanced. ❤

    Thank you Greg for your testimony. I have multiple horrible autoimmune diseases and have been carnivore for 18 months. I had to have shoulder surgery last month and I have been adding carbs for convenience really, however, I am not recovering as well as I thought I would. I am going back to my ribeye daily and water to see if I can turn this around. I too, went into remission of symptoms and inflammation markers but I am sure they are back to being elevated with the addition of carbs and sugar. It’s my own fault for not staying vigilant with my diet. 😊

When this video came up today, as soon as I saw this man's beautiful, clear complexion, I intuitively knew the MRI results must be positive. You look amazing! Bright eyes, clean, bright skin and looks hella healthier now than in his first video. By the way, while watching this, I'm eating my breakfast: Fatty lamb, bacon, bit of coffee with full fat cream and yogurt for dessert. I'm so happy for this guest and so grateful to Dave Mac for highlighting the success of all these non medical people.

Doctors are stuck in their dogmas and their attitude to alternative diet lifestyles are a result of the indoctrination they learned in medical school. The same holds true for your dietitian. I AM a dietician and it frustrates me to no end that my own colleagues don't know basic biology. In their defense, nobody told them the truth and nobody ever questions the knowledge you (don't) have. I have to be very careful in my advice. I would've definitely tried to lower your starches, carbs, fiber and what have you. Usually it helps a lot. And then hint at the fact that eliminating all of it could be an option. I would've been so happy for you instead of making you feel bad for having great results. The even more frustrating part is that I have THE solution for a lot of my patients, and "you" (not you, but the found-the-truth-carnivores) think that the dieticians are holding people back. Well, yes they are, but 99% of the patients really don't want their problem fixed if they have to change their ways. Change the type of bread, well, MAYBE, but eliminating all? We need more doctors telling the patients about this, because until then, I'm literally risking my job, as well as talking to a wall Good for you man, how awesome for you and your future!

    A wonderful story, congratulations Greg. I hope the doctor and the dietician are willing to learn from this.

    Greg's account has some of the best black humour I've come across in a KZread video. I wish I had his cool approach to commercial medicine's ignorance instead of being infuriated and insulted when dealing with these trusted "professionals".

    In a crazy world full of hate, these stories always lift me up. True healing and self actualization is the best part of carnivore: Learning to save yourself, Saying no to the food dogma around you and carving your own path in a semi hostile world is a shared carnivore story. We break down the wall one brick at a time. My heart aches for this man. Did Crohns, IBS, SIBO, colitis even exist a 100 years ago? Thats a short list of bowel diseases.

    I've been so much healthier since avoiding my doctor, been carnivore for close to 12 years. I used to spend most of my life sat in the bathroom due to chronic IBS, the doctor kept telling me to eat more fiber which had catastrophic results. I went on like that for many years until a friend called to visit and noticed that I had gained loads of weight and he told me about low carb, so I gave it a go and i lost about 20 lbs very quickly, then my research journey introduced me to Dr Berry and I followed along with him for quite a few years now And I've lost over 100 lbs in weight and 10 inches off my waistline and only have IBS flare ups about once a month whereas it used to be a 24/t issue!

    Wow. Fantastic results. Hope you are able to expand your carnivore diet and still heal. Raw liver has helped me a lot. Iodine and magnesium has also helped my gut heal. Great story. Wishing you health and happiness.

    I am thrilled with Greg’s results! Shout it from the mountaintop! A life filled with embarrassment and discomfort now a life filled with possibilities. And so great to hear how his family has watched and learned from his carnivore experiment. His doctor will discount diet, I’d bet.
