Carnivore Diet 30 Day Results: Before And After All Meat Diet

FREE eBook: davidcote333.com/carnivore-di...
In this video, I delve into30 day journey on the Carnivore Diet, chronicling the remarkable changes I experienced before and after adopting an all meat diet. I'll take you through the ups and downs of this dietary experiment, sharing insights into the physical and mental transformations that occurred along the way.
During this period, I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas, where I indulged in what I can confidently say was the best steak I've ever had. This experience was not only a treat for my taste buds but also a testament to the enjoyment and satisfaction that can come from following the Carnivore Diet.
My decision to start this diet on Christmas Day was intentional, following a period of indulgence in my childhood favorite peanut butter cookies. This transition marked a significant shift in my approach to food and nutrition, as I embraced the simplicity and purity of an all-meat diet.
Join me as I reflect on the challenges and rewards of the Carnivore Diet, sharing valuable insights and lessons learned along the way. Whether you're considering trying the Carnivore Diet yourself or simply curious about my experience, this video offers a candid and comprehensive look at the impact of this unique dietary approach.

You’re looking great. I’m 6 weeks in to Carnivore. It’s amazing how quickly the body shape changes. I’ve started remembering my dreams every night and like you, I’ve noticed they are more realistic. A lot of them I can relate to the process of the diet, sorting and tidying my house etc. (for me, rooms in a house represent parts of myself). Lots of health concerns I hadn’t even thought about, like stiffness in my shoulder, disappeared in a week.

Love how dudes who snore say their wives woke them up every time they snored, but fail to recognize that the reason their wife woke them up was bc THEY WERE SNORING!! My hubs used to get annoyed at being woke up to stop snoring until I pointed out how ridiculous his indignation at being woken up by the person HIS SNORING WOKE UP. 🙄. Glad your snoring stopped, bet you’re sweetie is happy too!

Waking someone up because they are snoring is counterintuitive. They snore because their body is tired and going into REM but there is a blockage, meaning their body tries to get more oxygen. When you wake then up, you make their body even more tired and they try to get back to REM, so they snore worse. -The sleeping bear

Day 9 on a version of Carnivore (more like ketovore as I've had a few fruits and veg, no sugar of any kind). Headache for 5 days, sore throat for 5 or 6 days; looking forward to the feeling good part🎉

lol, is that how I said it? I’ll have to listen back. I think I meant to imply, someone who eats a lot of meat would probably know better at recognizing a good steak over someone who doesn’t eat meat so much. Haha Either way, I’m glad you’re enjoying and hope I can make even better videos for you to enjoy. If you have any suggestions, I’m always looking for ideas.

Sweeteners are so good that they trick your brain into an insulin response, much like sugar (I don't know if the level of response is the same though).
