I was actually suffering from early on set dementia when I started down the carnivore path. Over 1.5 years my symptoms are completely gone. Zero brain fog, memory is back to normal, and my ability to express my thoughts without sounding like Joe Biden has returned. Is it connected? I believe so.

You won't miss the foods soon. I don't even think about eating other stuff anymore really. Occasionally I've walked past some hot chips and get a craving for them, so I go buy a potato to cook in tallow (because no way I'll eat seed oils anymore) and by the time I get home I don't really want it anymore and just chuck it haha. I did this 3 times over the years.

I started my new life on carnivore on April 22nd. Almost a month in all pain gone, I snored every single night really loud and would wake up my wife. I haven't snored in 3 weeks. My sleep now is something I forgot existed or never ever really experienced. I always thought I slept good until now. I wake up and it doesn't take me 45 min to actually wake up. I am fully awake and energized 5 min after waking up. I am 44 btw and I agree it is almost like my body is aging in reverse although that is the signs of getting rid of the toxic foods and my body is able to function like I have never felt before. It is never too late. Everyone around me sees the results so far and are about to jump on. I just had to be the guinea pig. Glad I did.

Many people from Oriental countries are lactose intolerant. It is less natural to eat dairy products compared to meat, fish or poultry. In the wilderness, predators devour their prey, but I have never heard of an animal that sucks milk from another biological species, especially if it is not a baby anymore. Can you imagine a female wolf breastfeeding an adult deer? Absurd! Yet, when it comes to humans, this abnormality does not look bizarre after being carefully camouflaged by packaging, transportation, and marketing. It is easy to imagine a middle-aged man in a business suit drinking a glass of milk in the morning. It is difficult to imagine the same man positioning himself under a cow, elbowing away her newborn calf, placing its mama’s nipple into his mouth and eagerly sucking her milk. Not appealing! To prevent the risk of osteoporosis, ensure that you drink sufficient water, do weight bearing exercise such as walking, jogging etc. and eat plenty of green vegetables. This is how countries with little milk consumption such as China prevent osteoporosis. Wild animals don’t have a problem with osteoporosis and none of them drink milk after they have been weaned. How do you think they prevent it? Off course eating green vegetables is not healthy because of the toxic plant defence chemicals in them. If you eat animal based you get everything you need, including the 12 minerals your bones consist of. Most consumers and, surprisingly, most doctors, believe that bones are made of calcium. Yet any basic biochemistry textbook will tell you the truth: Bones are made of at least a dozen minerals and we need all of them in perfect proportions in order to have healthy bones and healthy bodies. If you get too much calcium, through food sources or by taking supplements, you set yourself up for an array of negative health consequences, including obesity, Type 2 diabetes, Type 2 hypothyroidism, hypertension, depression, problem pregnancies and many more.

@@Monster_Mover_StocksIm new with carnivore and seeing positive results so far… I was just thinking about people who live over 100 hundred here in Japan, (talking mainly about Okinawa) Their foods are mainly popular in Fatty Pork, Brown Sugar, Awamori (extremely strong alcohol), seaweeds, Habu (poisonous snakes),and bitter gourd, etc. They’re also known to have family get-togethers and enjoy dancing and singing more than others on main land. I don’t understand how they can live so long on lots of sugar and alcohol. Maybe it’s the pork, hot climate, and mental health. I live on top of a mountain in Nagasaki and there are many elderly people who are over 100. Interesting thing is there’s a gap… the generation after the war when the western diet was introduced to Japan, population declining. Junk food industries are making people ill. Granulated sugar and wheat flour majorly. I do believe people ate more naturally sourced proteins especially fish and other seafood. Used to be common to have fresh chicken eggs also eating more chicken. Beef was usually something special, so special. Pork was more common. Such a deep topic on food, diet and cultures. I’m fascinated about how so many people reverse serious illness from this carnivore way of eating. Something new to me and it’s worth giving it a try. I hope we all benefit from this proper human diet before it’s too late. Thanks to Dr. Chaffee and his friends. I have a feeling Dr. Berg is a secret “Carnivore” but unable to announce it since that’ll shock his followers plus his plant based products won’t sell. Also if people became healthy, that will also affect his sales and followers. Big change coming in the hospital business and everything else. 😅

Honestly, I completely respect Dr. Mercola for his fight in corruption at the moment. Very brave man. He was initially part of that whole Paleo/ancestral diet which sorry to say, only deteriorated me even further. I had to be more carnivore, and less plant to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Substituting processed foods for a paleo plate did not cure me, it just further delayed the potential I had for my body to heal and further deteriorated my body. Substituting junk food for some meat and loads of plants, roots and fruits, was not any better than the wheat junk I ate. Many people did not heal on a paleo diet, I never saw the kind of healing in the Paleosphere that I currently see in Carnivore, not even by a mile!!!!!!!!! The Paleo diet was poisoning me with solanines, oxalates, and goitrogens along with making me further insulin resistant with the sweet potatos, plantains, large portions of fruit and then the honey. So happy to be where I am right now.

One day she went to bed after cleaning the dishes and never woke up; her daughter my grandmother died same way we don’t know how old she was either but according to the national events when she was alive she was about 111 and my grandmother was 112 they all died in the same fashion and all of them were functional no diseases no meds and their brain were so good that all the kids enjoyed going to see them and hear their stories that later on we learned in school. If you’re going to do the simmer method, 3 hours simply isn’t long enough. It usually takes 3 days. But if you use a pressure cooker, then 3 hours is fine. Also remember to put some apple cider vinegar in the water. If you’re using a good variety of bones, you simply don’t need to use egg shells. There’s nothing wrong with using them but it’s an added process that’s not needed. I’ve been making bone broth for ten years now so I’ve had some experience.

Our people were the ones who were displaced from our lands by the settlers and taken into camps, hence why the Mau Mau uprising that fought for Kenyas independence were From our community. This definately had an effect on our traditional diet which was a mixed omnivore diet. The Maasai people who are our neighbors and lead a pastrolist lifestyle tend to be healthier and taller. It's interesting that the Kikuyu are now known to be meat lovers😅. We slaughter goats on special occasion and enjoy it with family and friends and make many traditional delicacies from each and every part of the animal.

We need choline, deficiency is linked with gallbladder disease. I was mostly plant based no eggs or dairy and my gallbladder stopped functioning, the wall thickened so if I ate any fat it caused pain as it tried to squeeze out the bile and couldn't. It eventually caused pain referring into my back all the time as it was distended with bile all the time. I ended up having it removed.

I was in a car accident & tore a disk in half & had cages put in & was told I needed more calcium than what they recommend for pregnant moms. At the time, I didn’t understand that there were different versions of calcium. I thought calcium was calcium. I was taking 1 brand that my mom bought from a home show, no problems taking it. I was out & got a popular name brand. Taking the same amt, I had a kidney stone within 2 wks of taking the new calcium. Thought I was going to die.

It’s interesting that you bring up Dr. Mercola. I have followed him for years and was buying a lot of his products. When I went carnivore last summer, I stopped buying pretty much everything except for the sleep support. I noticed recently that he posted another article talking about how he introduced white rice back into his diet in the morning. It really made me think because when I went carnivore, I lost a lot of weight, but I also lost a lot of muscle so that still has me curious. He had a good argument for it. It would be great if you could address that. Because I really did lose a lot of muscle. And what he said about bringing white rice into his diet made sense. Based on his argument, but I still don’t know. Overall, it doesn’t seem right. 🤷‍♀️ we have had nothing but great results in my family after going carnivore. Bless you Dr.Chaffee. You truly are doing God‘s work. If it wasn’t for you, think of how many people would still be in so much pain. I thank you so much for everything that you do. You have changed my life and so many others lives. And I am so appreciative of you and your work.

I started carnivore last Summer. I have cheated here and there but the first 3 to 4 months I was pretty strict. I honestly have no idea how much protein or fat I’m eating every day. I just eat it when I’m hungry and make sure that I get enough to where I am full. But I do eat 3 to 4 eggs a day, a sausage, a piece of cheese, and then whatever meat I’ve cooked. Mostly beef. Occasionally chicken and bacon. But I always eat it with butter and I don’t throw out the animal fat anymore. I was also doing Pilates here and there, while I was doing carnivore last year. Recently moved and have not found a way to work that back in down here.

Pluck is ground dehydrated organ meats. It’s easy to sprinkle on top of things or cook with it. It’s easier than buying meat with the organs ground into it. And since it’s dehydrated, it lasts a long time. So I add it to my sour cream or butter or sprinkle on top of my meat. It doesn’t have any flavor or texture to it that it noticeable imo.
