Pressure cookers do have their place. If one needs time to prepare more several dishes for dinner, the pressure is time-saving. This Gives one time to get all done at the same time. I use mine every day. I did this dish using Carla's method and was perfect. Thanks

She seems like she’d be a really mean aunt who smokes pot. I like her.
I have now made this dish 4 times after watching it. The first time I somehow broke the sauce and it was running/oily. The other 3 times turned out very much like in the video and was amazing. Keep trying if you don't get a recipe right the first time! Work on your prep!
