Another fine covering❣️ 😊 I used to think he was saying "every" highway when I was little. Probably because I felt like I had already been on every highway, and felt the same sentiments on every one of them. It was a long time before I realized Carefree was the actual name of a specific highway. I miss driving. The road felt the most of all, like home. 🗺

Thanks, John! I've been a fan of Gord ever since I first heard him on the radio with "If You Could Read My Mind" in 1970. I've seen him in concert many times and he's still performing at age 83. I love his songwriting and, although I can't sing like him, it's fun to play his songs. Thanks for giving this a listen, John, it's always great to hear from you, my friend! John
