Yet another reason jrsn2music should be in the studio! Man, I’m telling you, you could make millions off this stuff with the right publicity.

Thanks a lot, Clyde, but nooo, I've no interest in the music biz. That ship sailed long ago, lol! Just love to play for fun. Thanks again for watching and commenting! John

George Harrison was given his Rickenbacker 360/12 on February 8th, 1964 as a gift from the guitar company. It was the second one ever made. On Feb 25 they used the guitar in the studio for the first time on "You Can't Do That", which was the B-side of the single, "Can't Buy Me Love." George used the Rick on 8 of the 13 songs on "A Hard Days Night" album. That guitar influenced many groups, mainly The Byrds. Harrison later based the "If I Needed Someone" guitar riff on one used by Roger McGuinn in the Byrds' "The Bells of Rhymney". Thanks for checking this out, Jim! So glad you liked my try.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I like this better than the original. Really good, John! And hang onto that band. “They” back you well. 😉😊
